At this present time they are part of Harvest Christian Center under the pastorate of Bishop Ray Llarena for 14 years. Pastor Blair is the lead teacher of The Healing School under the umbrella of HCC Sunday School, very active in the intercessory prayer also.
Pastor Eugene Blair is a gifted preacher, orator, teacher and communicator. His passion is to see the presence of God manifest in the lives of all people. Married to Yolanda for 31 years. He was ordained in 1985, served as assistant pastor with Word Chrisitan Fellowship in Casper, Wy under the pastorate of Pastor Dan Carlin for 2 years. He completed a BA degree in Bible Theology in 1988. After seeking God, He confirmed His call for them to be pastors, and Shield of Faith Ministries was founded in 1992.
